Delicious as a dipping sauce, or you can mix it with quinoa, noodles, etc.
*just nuts peanut butter (no additives- just crushed nuts)
* red pearl onions (more flavor) - about have a bag
* 1 whole garlic
* 1 container of thai red curry paste
chop finely the onions, garlic and fry in a saucer with vegetable oil until brown.
mix in peanut butter (about half a jar)
mix in thai curry paste (more = spicy; you choose)
bring to a boil while stirring, lower heat and simme until oil separates (see photos: Yes I finally took photos!)
