*1 container of yogurt
*1 cucumber (peeled, seeded ,diced)
*1 table spoon of olive oil
*4 table spoons ( or 1/2 lemon) of lemon juice
*salt and pepper to taste
* 1 table spoon of chopped dill (fresh or spice)
*3 peeled garlic clove

Put all in blender and blend. Let sit for an hour for tastiness!
