Ingredients:
1 head of garlic (the whole thing-not the individual cloves)
1 tablespoon of sea salt
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of olive oil (not virgin)
Put in jar, use a hand blender and blend until mayonnaise consistency! Sooooo good....
